We had a wonderful turnout at the kids birthday party. Everyone had a good time, the kids had nice presents and all played nicely. Thanks to everyone who attended and be sure to check out the pics in the gallery.

Yesterday Steve and I drove out to Cocoa with all the kids. It was the first time the twins had been to the ocean. To say THEY LOVED IT would be an understatement. Sarah was running all over the place, playing in the sand and the ocean. She would sit and crawl and let the water hit her arms and legs and giggle. Steve couldn’t get a picture of her because she kept moving around so much. It was adorable.

Elisa sat at the water’s edge with her bucket and played in the sand. Then she scooted in a bit and let the water run her over. It was hilarious hearing her giggle as the water came up to her arms and chest area. She had a blast and REALLY didn’t want to leave when it was time to go.

Baby Steve also had fun in the sun. He enjoyed the sand more - he tried to eat some! He kept crawling all over, to the water and back out and sat with me while we had the water roll over our legs. It was adorable. We wanted to stay longer but it was dinnertime, the kids were covered in sand, and mommy wasn’t feeling that good. We have pics from the beach and bathtime afterwards that I will post shortly.

The twins are rolling along with their table food. Baby Steve seems to be the pickier of the two, some days he will flat out refuse to eat anything we offer him for lunch. Sarah loves everything and their favorites seem to be chicken, green beans and noodles. They gobble those up everytime we make them.

School is just 2 weeks away! Elisa made out like a bandit on clothes for her birthday and I have been getting supplies each time I have been at the store, so we are down to just a few things on her list. She had a lengthy list of supplies for her class so I tried to space them out as evenly as I could. Why would each kindergartner need to bring 3 REAMS of copy paper! Imagine 5 teachers with 30 kids each bringing that much. I guess we are supplying the paper for the entire school!!!!

That about ends it for an update right now. Next week we are taking the kids back to the beach to join Papa and Nana Sandy at their vacation condo. Hopefully we will be able to spend more time and get more pictures. Don’t worry - we don’t even take them in the sun until its after 5pm and they have SPF 50 on. No sunburned twinkies, I promise. More later!

Ok, it’s been a while…
