Life according to me…

Sometimes I wait and wait for the right moment to blog…when I have enough time, when I know I won’t be interrupted, when I have the perfect things to say…etc….

But I have been reading lots of other blogs of friends/acquaintances/people I think are cool, and I have come to realize I enjoy reading them because they just pick stuff and post about it and whatever comes out is what they say. There have been some blogs that I have read that seriously entertain, enlighten, and interest me, and I can tell they have just sat at their computer and typed out whatever they were thinking and THAT is what I appreciate the most! So, I need to start blogging more, mostly so I can add up enough posts to get PAID for it (www.payperpost.com), and also so I have something I can look back on and appreciate. I also hope to start posting things that are more random and more deeper than I have recently. Let’s see how it goes, I will try to post something right off my stream of thought in just a few minutes. Hope ya enjoy!

Last night my husband and I visited the AMC Cinemas located on Citywalk in Universal Studios. We were out that way for a b-day event in the family.

Well, this movie theater has to be the best one I have ever been to and here is why. THEY HAVE A BAR IN IT!!! You can get a beer, a margarita, a frozen daquiri or colada, or an OREO MUDSLIDE! You can also get a big old bowl of BREYERS ice cream as well with whatever toppings you want. HOW FREAKIN COOL IS THAT!?!?! For a theme park location, the prices weren’t too bad either, you paid 7-8 dollars for a drink and got a souvenier (I had to look that word up - try spelling it sometime!) cup to keep as well. We didn’t partake in the alcohol but I did get a splendid dish of Mint Chocolate Chip, my absolute favorite. It was a divine way to enjoy a flick. Might even be worth the drive next time we are allowed out alone again. We’ll see!

So yeah…I went for it again. I had my hair drastically cut off back in Feb for my 30th bday and decided to go ahead and do it again…to get some curl back and such.

*edit - its a reverse-a-bob. it’s shorter in the back than the front. it’s sorta stacked up in the back and all curly again. well, when we don’t flat iron it out. i totally stole the idea for this cut from some goth friends of a friend that i stalk. it’s my punk rock hairdo and i LOVE it. ya gotta see it curly. hehehehehe. my mom is the best hairstylst in the universe. nuff said.
